Display pop-ups, banners, or ribbon offers on the website to engage visitors directly

The chat widget is the primary way Chili Piper surfaces buyer-facing interactions, but there's no support for proactive pop-ups, ribbon banners, or offer overlays. Teams that want to serve contextual CTAs or announcements to site visitors without requiring them to open the chat have no native way to do it.
Requested behavior: Support configurable pop-up and ribbon-style offer placements on the website that can be triggered by visitor behavior, page context, or intent signals, independently of the chat widget.
Why it matters: Not every visitor interaction starts with a chat. Pop-ups and banners allow teams to proactively surface relevant offers or CTAs at key moments in the browsing experience, expanding conversion opportunities beyond the chat entry point.

Banner Feature for Product Launches
K
Kimberly Steinman
There is no native way to display a promotional banner at the top of the website through Chili Piper. Teams that want to highlight a launch or promotion have to rely on other tools or custom code.
Admins should be able to configure and display a customizable banner on the website that links to specific content or pages, managed through Chili Piper without requiring custom development.
Marketing teams running time-sensitive promotions or product launches need quick, no-code ways to surface messages on the website. A native banner feature removes the dependency on engineering for simple announcements.
