Filter out role-based email addresses to prevent spam and low-quality leads from routing

Leads submitted with role-based email addresses like admin@, info@, or sales@ are rarely real prospects but still trigger routing flows, waste rep time, and pollute CRM data. Requested behavior: Allow admins to configure a blocklist of role-based email patterns. Any form submission matching those patterns would be filtered out before routing fires.
