Use company URL as fallback when email domain is a free provider

Lead-to-account matching relies on email domain to identify the company. When a lead submits with a free email domain like Gmail or Yahoo, the match fails because the domain carries no company signal.
Chili Piper should fall back to additional matching criteria, such as the company URL field, when the email domain is a known free provider, so leads can still be matched and routed accurately.
Free email domains are common in SMB and consumer-adjacent markets. Without a fallback, these leads either go unmatched or require manual intervention.
