There's no way to verify how a routing rule will behave against a real record before it fires in production. Admins building or debugging routing logic have to either wait for a live lead to process or reverse-engineer outcomes from routing logs.
Allow admins to input or select a lead or contact record from the CRM and run it against the active routing configuration to see which rules match, which criteria pass or fail, and what the final assignment would be.
Routing misconfiguration is one of the most common and costly admin errors. A dry-run testing tool reduces configuration mistakes, speeds up debugging, and lowers the risk of deploying changes that affect live lead flow.

Would love it if there was a way to test what queue would be triggered by entering some fake email and form input data in to CP just to make sure we have routing correct without having to do fake form submits on our website.
