Disqualified meeting outcome for assignees
Meeting outcomes are limited to showed, no-showed, and cancelled. There's no way for assignees to flag a meeting as disqualified, meaning the lead attended but didn't meet the criteria for an opportunity. Teams currently have to create and immediately close-lost an opportunity in Salesforce just to represent this outcome.
Add a disqualified outcome option that assignees can apply to a completed meeting, logged alongside showed and no-show data, and synced to the CRM as a distinct disposition rather than requiring an opportunity record to capture it.
Disqualified meetings are a meaningful signal for SDR quality, marketing feedback, and pipeline hygiene. Without a native outcome for it, ops teams lose that signal entirely or create junk Salesforce records to compensate, neither of which is acceptable at scale.

Weighting in Salesforce and Chili Piper differ because in Salesforce it's based on meetings held whereas in Chili Piper it's based on meetings booked. To make it easier to have the two match, there should be a way in Chili Piper to mark a held meeting as unqualified and credit the user back a meeting. Currently we can credit back no shows - but not unqualified held meetings.
