The chat widget treats all visitors the same regardless of their intent signal. Teams using Bombora to track topic-level intent data have no way to surface that signal in Chili Piper to personalize chat flows, prioritize high-intent accounts, or tailor the visitor experience based on what a company is actively researching.
Requested behavior: Integrate with Bombora so that intent signals, including topic interest and surge scores, can be used within Chili Piper to personalize chat flows and trigger different routing or messaging paths based on a visitor's account-level intent.
Why it matters: Generic chat experiences waste high-intent moments. Bombora customers who are paying for intent data expect to act on it across every buyer touchpoint, including chat.
