Pre-populate the guest's time zone at booking using CRM timezone or address fields
Josh Lee
Chili Piper can suggest a time zone for a guest during booking, but this currently relies on Clearbit enrichment data. Teams that store timezone or address information directly in their CRM have no way to use that data to pre-populate or suggest the correct time zone instead.
Chili Piper should allow admins to map a CRM field, such as a timezone field or address-derived location, as the source for time zone suggestions during the booking flow, as an alternative to third-party enrichment providers.
Many teams maintain accurate timezone or regional data in their CRM as part of standard account management. Requiring a separate enrichment provider to power a feature that could be served by existing CRM data adds unnecessary dependency and cost.

It would be useful to sync the timezone into ChiliCal based on the City/State/Country info in Salesforce for the customer that we are scheduling with. For example, if we are inserting suggested times and the customer is a Contact in Salesforce with a state of "New York" then the timezone would automatically be set to EDT.
