Direct Marketo Integration from Chat AI

Data captured in Chat AI sessions currently has to pass through Salesforce before it can reach Marketo. Teams that use Marketo as their primary MAP have no way to send chat data directly.
Chat AI should support a direct integration with Marketo so that lead and session data can be passed without requiring Salesforce as an intermediary.
Forcing data through Salesforce before it reaches Marketo adds latency, introduces mapping complexity, and creates dependency on a CRM sync that not all teams have configured correctly.
