Chili Piper currently supports one CRM connection at a time. Teams that use both HubSpot and Salesforce in their stack, whether during a migration, as parallel systems for different business units, or as a deliberate dual-CRM setup, can't connect both at once.
Requested behavior: Allow Chili Piper to be connected to both HubSpot and Salesforce simultaneously, with configurable rules for which system records are written to or read from depending on the lead source or routing context.
Why it matters: Dual-CRM environments are common in mid-market and enterprise, especially during migrations or when different teams operate on different systems. Forcing a single CRM connection creates data gaps and manual overhead.
