HubSpot's native multi-step form feature, available in HubSpot's latest form editor, is not compatible with Chili Piper Concierge. When a customer builds a multi-step form using this HubSpot feature and a visitor completes it, Concierge does not fire. There is no official workaround.

Chili Piper should support Concierge triggering on HubSpot native multi-step form submissions the same way it does for standard HubSpot forms.

Multi-step forms are increasingly common for progressive qualification flows. Customers discovering this incompatibility during implementation are blocked from using multi-step forms entirely if they want Concierge to work, which is a hard constraint that forces a product choice no customer should have to make.
