Company-Wide Calendar Connection

Concierge functionality depends on all relevant users having connected their calendars. There is no way for admins to enforce or verify company-wide calendar connection, unlike tools like Gong that offer this visibility. Admins should be able to see which users have and haven't connected their calendars and enforce connection as a requirement, ensuring Concierge has full coverage across the team. Gaps in calendar connectivity silently degrade Concierge performance. Without admin-level visibility and enforcement, teams can't be confident that routing is working as intended for all users.
