When a meeting is booked through Concierge, the rep notification email shows form fill data but not where on the website the prospect came from. Reps have no way to know which product page or URL triggered the booking. Admins should be able to include the source URL or a custom variable in the rep notification email, so reps have context about which page drove the meeting before they get on the call.

SMS notifications for meeting activity are only sent to the booker. In many teams, the booker and the host are different people, which means the rep who is actually taking the call gets no real-time text notification and has to rely on the booker to relay the information manually. Extend SMS notification configuration to allow the same recipient options already available for email notifications, including the ability to send to the meeting host, the assignee, or both. Real-time text alerts lose most of their value if they only go to someone who isn't attending the meeting. This is a parity gap with email notifications that creates extra coordination overhead for any team where booking and hosting are split roles.

Email alerts for booking activity work, but reps who aren't actively checking their inbox can miss time-sensitive notifications for hours. There's no real-time push notification mechanism, such as a browser or Chrome extension notification, for key meeting events. Provide real-time push notifications, via browser or Chrome extension, for configurable meeting events including new bookings, reschedules, and reassignments. Reps should be able to choose which notification types they receive. For reps who live in their CRM or other tools and check email intermittently, delayed awareness of a booking or reassignment can mean a missed follow-up or a rep walking into a meeting they didn't know was reassigned. Push notifications close that gap without requiring constant inbox monitoring.

Meeting reminder settings are applied at the Meeting Type level and fire regardless of whether an external guest is on the invite. Teams that use a single Meeting Type for both prospect-facing meetings and internal handoffs end up sending reminder emails to external guests in situations where no guest is actually invited to the calendar event. Admins should be able to configure a reminder to send to internal users only, so that external guests are never contacted when they are not part of the meeting. Teams with shared Meeting Types across internal and external use cases have no way to prevent unwanted outbound reminders today. Sending a reminder to a guest who was never invited creates confusion and a poor experience that reflects badly on the sending team.

When a prospect is routed through Concierge, the rep notification email currently includes a link to the meeting and a link to the Salesforce record, but no link to the Concierge routing log for that session. Chili Piper should add a direct link to the Concierge routing log entry in the rep notification email, so reps can quickly access the routing context for their meeting without navigating through the admin interface separately. Reps who want to understand why they received a particular lead, what routing rules fired, or what data was evaluated have no fast path to that information from their notification. A direct log link removes that friction and keeps the meeting context accessible at the moment it's most relevant.
