Chili Piper only supports one-off meeting bookings, which means any team managing ongoing cadences, QBRs, weekly check-ins, or bi-weekly enablement sessions has to schedule those meetings outside the product entirely. This forces reps to use manual calendar invites, breaks data capture and reporting, and actively undermines adoption since reps can only route some of their meetings through Chili Piper.Allow users to create a recurring meeting series from a single booking, with configurable frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) and an end date or occurrence count. Rescheduling individual instances should work the same way it does today for one-off meetings.

Currently with Chili Piper we are only able to use the solution for the front end of longer lifecycles with our prospects and customers. Our more complicated deals where we need more data (i.e. how many meetings do we need to close a deal, renew a customer etc) have to be booked outside of Chili Piper given the product that doesn't support recurring meetings. Garnering adoption with a new tool is never easy but given that my AEs can only use the tool some of the time makes that all that more impossible.

Account Managers DESPERATELY need this functionality in our org. Managing multiple individual invites is not feasible, and it encourages reps to schedule meetings outside of Chili Piper.

It would be extremely helpful for reps to book a series of meetings at once rather than having to book the meetings separately. There are scenarios where a rep will want to book a series of the same meeting to keep a customer on a specific cadence which is why this would be helpful. As of now, the rep has to book all meetings separately and it's more time consuming.

Being able to set up a recurring meeting with the baked-in functionality to reschedule individual instances that Chili Piper already offers would be game-changing. Presently I can only use Chili Piper for one-off meetings and have to schedule/reschedule recurring ones as they come.

Recurring meeting types is critical for our teams functionality. When helping our clients with marketing and revenue generation, we need to be meeting monthly and even weekly to help our clients. This recurring function would relieve a lot of scheduling headaches for our executive assistant, as well as supply accurate reporting for our quarterly KPIs.
