Reps who work in the field rely on their phones for prospect communication and calendar management but have no mobile-native way to book meetings through Chili Piper. Using Instant Booker on mobile requires the full desktop interface, which isn't optimized for the use case.
Provide a mobile app or mobile-optimized version of Instant Booker that allows field reps to book meetings on behalf of prospects from their phone with the same core functionality available on desktop.
Full adoption of Chili Piper is blocked for any rep who doesn't primarily work at a desk. If reps can only use the tool some of the time because mobile isn't supported, the ROI of the platform is capped and usage data is incomplete.

Also advocating for a mobile app, in our case we would require push notifications sent to the mobile app for any booking or reminder responses, as well as the ability to respond from the mobile app. This would streamline chilipipers incoming and outgoing messages and allow for more efficient response times and prevent missed messages within the clutter of an email inbox.
