For event-based routing use cases, admins need to manually configure Custom Availability for each rep separately, which becomes difficult to manage at scale.
Requested functionality:
Create a Custom Schedule for an entire Team
Apply/update schedules in bulk
Use cases: Multi-day events, Trade shows, Temporary team coverage Regional availability management
Training/onboarding rotations
This would significantly improve scalability, admin efficiency, and reduce setup errors for larger teams using Chili Piper Fire.
