Allow admins to view past and upcoming meetings together in a single list, filterable by date range, so any window of time can be reviewed without switching between tabs.
A unified view is a basic usability expectation for any reporting interface. The current two-tab structure forces unnecessary context switching for the most common operational use cases, like reviewing all meetings booked this week or auditing activity for a specific rep over a date range.
