Redirect links for deactivated users
When a rep leaves a company and their account is deactivated, any personal booking links they shared via email or embedded in outreach continue to resolve to a broken or dead-end page. There's no way to redirect that traffic to an active rep, queue, or router.
Allow admins to configure a redirect for deactivated users' personal booking links, so anyone who clicks an old link is sent to an active booking experience rather than hitting a dead end.
Reps share booking links in email signatures, outreach sequences, and marketing materials. When they leave, those links don't disappear and prospects who click them are left with a broken experience at a critical moment in the buying journey. A redirect turns a dead link into a recoverable interaction.

When a rep leaves and he has been sending emails to customers with his link or signature, we want a way to redirect those links temporarly, to avoid losing potential prospects.

When a rep leaves a company or get promoted, his Chili Piper link will be broken, if the admin could redirect temporarily the links of the person who left or in long leave like maternity leave or so, we would still capture the meeting

Being able to completely disable a rep's old booking link would be important as we have reps who leave positions and go to another department. Upon moving roles we do not want their past client book to book meetings anymore. The current workaround for this is having to email Chili Piper support each time we need a link completely deactivated.

I have someone that managed to book a meeting with me through an inactive link. Please look into this as I will need to inform the person to reschedule as I'm no longer in charge of taking up these trainings.

Inactive or deleted meeting types should result in inactive booking links for those meetings. If a user deletes or disables a meeting type, they do not want customers to be able to book that meeting with them anymore. Any booking links or reschedule links related to this meeting type should automatically expire.
