All emails sent through Chili Piper originate from the user's connected email address. Some organizations want outgoing communications, such as confirmations and reminders, to come from a shared alias or no-reply address rather than exposing individual user emails.
Allow admins to configure a custom or alias sender address, such as noreply@company.com, for Chili Piper-generated emails at the workspace or Meeting Type level.
Sender address control is a standard expectation for enterprise email communications. Without it, companies can't enforce consistent sender branding, and individual rep email addresses get exposed to prospects in ways that may conflict with company communication policies.
